- Take full ownership of escalated incidents from L1, leading technical investigation and driving resolution end-to-end within defined SLAs - without handing off accountability.
- Investigate and resolve escalated incidents across analytics, integration, and master data management platforms, collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to restore service and maintain operational commitments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across Snowflake data pipelines, SnapLogic integrations, Reltio MDM processes, Boomi workflows, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Conduct root cause analysis for significant incidents and contribute to preventive measures, operational improvements, and documentation updates that reduce recurring issues.
- Monitor platform health using observability and alerting tools, identify potential issues, and take action to minimize service disruption and business impact.
- Support change, release, and major incident management activities, helping maintain platform stability and providing clear communication to stakeholders.
- Assess data quality and platform issues across MDM, analytics, and reporting environments to determine impact and support timely resolution.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement across the platform.

- Experience supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, or business-critical production systems.
- Experience troubleshooting issues across applications, integrations, and data pipelines, using SQL and data analysis techniques to identify root causes.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and integration technologies such as Boomi, SnapLogic, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and incident management tools such as Datadog, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience using Python or similar scripting languages to support troubleshooting, automation, or operational efficiency.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and services, particularly within AWS environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
