Co budeš dělat
- Analyze and optimize core and support processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation potential
- Gather, cleanse, and prepare event log data from multiple source systems to ensure excellent data quality
- Build compelling data visualizations and meaningful dashboards using <strong>Celonis</strong>, <strong>Process Intelligence</strong>, and related analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and roll out process improvements (e.g. in supply chain, logistics, finance)
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate insights and share best practices
- Gain cross-industry exposure — from manufacturing to tech, retail, and beyond
Koho hledáme
- Degree in <strong>Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science</strong>, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems
- Hands-on experience with <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>SQL</strong>
- Ideally first experience with <strong>process consulting</strong> or <strong>process mining tools</strong> (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business value
- Fluent in <strong>German and English (C1 level)</strong>
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and agile mindset
