- The Commercial Strategy Lead, CEE Surgery plays a critical role in shaping and executing the regional commercial strategy across the portfolio.
- This position is responsible for leading a cross-functional team including Product Managers, Marketing, Professional Education (ProfEd), and RAD, ensuring strong alignment between brand strategy, education, and commercial execution.
- The role drives the development of annual portfolio and brand strategies, translating them into impactful tactics that support both short-term growth and long-term strategic priorities.
- Manage key strategic brands that are essential to the growth of the portfolio
- Lead and develop a team comprising Product Managers, Marketing, Professional Education (ProfEd), and RAD capabilities, ensuring alignment and high performance
- Develop innovative strategies to drive product growth, protect market share, and effectively manage the lifecycle of both growth and base business brands
- Define and implement integrated marketing and education strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and demand across the portfolio
- Assess pricing strategies and contractual offerings for the business
- Explore innovative approaches to strengthen customer engagement and portfolio positioning
- Own demand forecasting for assigned products and analyze financial performance at brand and portfolio level
- Monitor and control budgets to assess and optimize promotional effectiveness
- Work effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams across the organization
- Partner closely with commercial leaders and key internal stakeholders to execute strategic programs supporting critical growth initiatives

- Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA preferred.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience (Sales/Marketing) is required. A minimum of 5 years Marketing Experience is strongly preferred. A minimum of 4 years direct people management, supervisory and/or project management experience in a cross functional environment is strongly preferred. Experience developing brand strategy and positioning preferred. Surgery experience is strongly preferred. Experience in customer selling and interaction is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years in progressive Healthcare sector commercial or customer facing roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Prof Ed, Brand Marketing and/or Sales Management) with history of success, including clear business deliverables
