CLIENT FINANCE ANALYST
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Client Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and international Client Finance team at SIRVA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients’ global mobility programs by ensuring financial accuracy, policy compliance, and effective expense management throughout the relocation lifecycle.
Our Client Finance Team
The SIRVA Client Finance team looks after the financial part of our clients’ relocation program. Our main responsibilities are auditing, analyzing, and processing incoming expenses against client policies and contracts.
Our office is located in the lively quarter of Karlin surrounded by parks & restaurants. We are a diverse team of over 30 nationalities.
Co budeš dělat
- In the beginning of each employee’s relocation, the client decides what services the employee will be eligible for. Your responsibilities as a Client Finance Analyst will be to audit incoming invoices and employee expenses and checking their compliance against the client policy and budgets.
- For example, an employee is eligible for an economy flight and they submit reimbursement request for a business class flight, your job will be to spot this and communicate internally to either obtain additional approval or reject the expense. Once resolved you will code the payment in our system according to bookkeeping rules and regional requirements.
- You will also have the opportunity to interact daily with the Client Service Delivery team as well as other departments.
