- In your role you would be a central point of contact for Zebra Technologies‘ business partners from the entire EMEA region, supporting them in a number of areas such as: Provide day-to-day guidance to Zebra Partners and distributors, helping them maximise the value of the PartnerConnect program, its tools, and associated benefits.
- Guide partners through seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, proactively building their awareness of program requirements, tools, and structures.
- Maintain the partner database and internal systems of record to guarantee the accurate and timely management of Partner Master Data.
- Administer and provision partner contact access to the specific tools, resources, and portals they are eligible to use.
- Maintain proactive, regular touchpoints with Zebra Technologies’ partners to keep them fully engaged and informed of program updates.
- Liaise closely with Channel Operations, Channel Sales, and other internal teams to investigate, resolve, and escalate complex issues, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Koho hledáme
- 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B customer support, partner support, or a similar service-oriented role.
- Fluent proficiency in Polish (spoken and written) and Advanced English (spoken and written) are mandatory for this specific market assignment.
- A B2B-focused professional who thrives in a specialised support environment. You must be eager to learn, comfortable absorbing a substantial amount of product and program knowledge, and skilled at communicating clearly with corporate clients.
- Strong computer literacy with a troubleshooting mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, and previous experience using a CRM (especially Salesforce) is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but strong equivalent professional experience is warmly welcomed.
