Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. - Come up with and develop ideas on how to reduce material costs by improving design, materials or concepts.
- Work closely with R&D, SQM, Engineering, PM and suppliers to explore solutions and shape them into feasible projects.
- Evaluate ideas through business cases and focus on those that bring the biggest impact fast.
- Keep projects moving: remove blockers, align teams and make sure promising ideas don’t get stuck.
- Improve how we work — from reporting to processes — by spotting gaps and suggesting smarter approaches.
- Lead regular ReDTC reviews and communicate progress and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Support management with reporting and follow‑up activities.
- Escalate issues early and prepare fallback options to secure yearly savings targets.
Koho hledáme
- University degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Purchasing
- Strong experience in project and process work, ideally in cross‑functional or international teams
- Very good communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Solid analytical mindset and basic commercial understanding
- Ability to create new ideas, think practically and drive improvements
