- Serve as a trusted consultant working on projects for clients all over Europe. You form part of a client engagement team meeting with end users of our data and solutions within the client organisations, working to understand client needs and requirements and defining solutions.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Team, both locally and regionally/globally to drive awareness of advisory capabilities and to develop new solutions for our existing and potential clients.
- Create analysis solutions for clients, developing methodology to address the core problem presented. Deliver presentation of completed solutions.
- Plan and coordinate development of reports and analysis for clients, ensuring their timely delivery
- Perform QA of reports to ensure a consistently high quality standard exceeding client expectation
- Share knowledge and expertise to the wider client-facing team, allowing the team to better understand the analytical and reporting requirements of our clients and create standard or bespoke solutions to fit.
- Coordinate timely documentation of workload: on an on-going basis in Outlook/CRM as reports are completed and delivered
- Prompt review and approval of report quotations, ensuring completeness and accuracy as well as JATO’s internal capability to fulfil the request.
- Monitor macro trends in the automotive industry (legislative, technological, consumer buying habits, etc.) and propose areas where JATO can contribute as significant shifts occur. Create articles published online dealing with industry-movements that are detected
- Operate in line with the guiding principles of the company to ensure alignment with the vision of the organisation.
- Provide leadership and management support to local team of analysts
Koho hledáme
- Experience managing a pricing management/strategy, product marketing or volume/sales planning function within the automotive industry
- Experience working in an automotive retail or leasing organisation is beneficial
- University degree or equivalent work experience in related field (DB analysis, quantitative analysis, marketing sciences, statistics, mathematics, business, etc.)
- Must have exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English
- Possess an understanding of the complexities of the automotive industry, particularly within OEM & OES areas, coupled with an ability to provide thought leadership in creating solutions & services to help support client needs
- Highly proficient in building management presentations and analyses, creating a comprehensive case to develop a solution or recommendation to address a defined problem
- Employee leadership experiences of small or larger teams is beneficial
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good listener with well-developed client liaison behavioural skills
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with database analysis and report building, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
