- Edit and create engaging videos and graphics for social media posts and ads
- Design visual content aligned with our brand and marketing goals
- Manage and post ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor ad performance and provide reports or insights for optimization
- Maintain the client's calendar and ongoing task lists.
- Effectively manage and organize all personal and business-related expenses
- Research industry trade shows and events for 2024-2025 to attend
- Build and maintain a CRM system for efficient data management
- Coordinate and manage relationships with service providers
- Conduct competitive industry research to provide insights
- Manage social media accounts as needed
- Implement lead-generation strategies to support business goals
Koho hledáme
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior experience using QuickBooks is a plus
- Understanding of tax planning principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while working with data
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in remote work is a plus
