- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet sales, used cars, remarketing, key account management, or commercial automotive roles.
- Experience working within an OEM, national sales company (NSC), leasing company, fleet management company, or automotive importer is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fleet sales, remarketing operations, and residual value management.
- Experience working with dealer networks and distribution partners is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical capability and financial awareness.
- Good understanding of fleet economics, residual values, and automotive market dynamics.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM or fleet management systems is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Czech.
- Slovak language skills are an advantage.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.

Co budeš dělat
- Develop and implement BYD's Used Cars and remarketing strategy across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Protect and improve vehicle residual values through effective remarketing policies and processes.
- Manage the lifecycle and remarketing of BYD internal pool vehicles.
- Develop and implement certified used car initiatives together with dealer partners.
- Monitor used car market trends, residual values, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Support Fleet and Corporate sales activities across the dealer network.
- Develop commercial policies, procedures, and programs to strengthen fleet sales performance.
- Acquire new fleet and corporate customers and expand BYD's presence within corporate, leasing, rental, and long-term rental (LTR) segments.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet operators, leasing companies, rental providers, and corporate customers.
- Lead negotiations with fleet and corporate customers regarding volumes, model mix, pricing, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare commercial proposals while ensuring profitability and alignment with BYD Europe objectives.
- Develop incentive programs and commercial frameworks supporting sustainable fleet growth.
- Coordinate implementation of European fleet agreements together with the European Key Account Management team and local dealer partners.
- Develop and implement fleet-by-dealer policies across the dealer network.
- Support dealer partners in developing their local fleet and used vehicle business.
- Ensure consistent execution of fleet and used car strategies across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Aftersales, and Product teams to develop customer-focused commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with BYD Europe and HQ to ensure alignment with regional business objectives.
- Maintain accurate administration of contracts, commercial agreements, and customer documentation.
