- Fluent Czech and at least B2-level English
- Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is a plus

- Manage orders independently,
including import and export transport coordination
- Communicate regularly with customers and suppliers; handle contracts and
documentation
- Support Sales team with pricing, calculations, and offers
- Monitor supplier payments and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records in ERP (JD Edwards) and CRM (Salesforce) systems
- Optimize warehouse processes and stock levels
- Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Complaints processing
