Co budeš dělat
- Support and development of sales channels (HoReCa and Leisure)
- Strategic development of the HoReCa portfolio
- Monitoring of the market, competition, and trends and translating them into concrete activities
- Proactively bringing new ideas for customer development and channel growth
- Collaboration on the creation of marketing and commercial plans
- Collaboration on the creation of marketing materials such as individual visibility, catalogs, etc.
- Support in the implementation of promotional and commercial activities towards customers
- Ensuring brand communication in line with brand guidelines
- Cooperation in the development of key customers and preparation of acquisition activities
- Working with data and supporting KPI tracking (conversion, penetration, active customers, etc.)
- Strong P&L orientation and support of portfolio profitability management
- Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Logistics)
- Regular market visits and identification of growth opportunities
Koho hledáme
- Fluency in English
- Native speaker of Czech or Slovak
- Solid IT skills, including MS365; basic understanding of AI tools (e.g. chat-based applications)
- Valid driving licence
- Strong soft skills, including the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment; team-oriented and open-minded
