Co budeš dělat
- Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities.
- Delivers against defined Service Levels.
- Perform data analytics, forecast demand, and identify baseline for purchasing that meet prioritized business requirement.
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization’s profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence, risk assessments, and total cost projections.
- Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.
- Creates Value by developing strong, value-added working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers with a view to pro-actively understand and constructively influence their needs and expectations.
- Mentors and collaborates amongst a team of Source-to-Contracting specialists.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required. An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.
- Required: 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
- Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source-to-Contract and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
- Learning Agility & Openness to Change.
- Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
- Preferred: Previous experience in contract drafting and negotiation including commercial, legal and compliance provisions.
- Understanding of Research & Development categories.
- A good understanding of Requisition-to-pay and Source-to-Settle processes and operations.
- Experience in one or more Procurement Functional domains: Sourcing, Contracting or Category management.
- Shared Services Industry experience.
- Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region.
- May require up to 5% of domestic and international travel.
