Are you someone who enjoys connecting business needs with technology? Do you like understanding how things work, asking the right questions and finding practical solutions in a complex environment? We are looking for a Business Solution Specialist to join a team in AXA Partners CEE. You will act as a key link between Business, IT and Security teams, helping translate business needs into sustainable, secure and workable solutions. In this role, you will combine business understanding, analytical thinking and coordination skills to support the delivery of new systems, products and processes across an international environment. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should have a genuine interest in IT, understand how systems work at a high level and be comfortable discussing solutions with both business and technical stakeholders.
Co budeš dělat
- Act as a bridge between Business, IT and Security teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements.
- Understand business needs and translate them into practical, sustainable and secure solutions.
- Participate in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of systems, processes and business solutions.
- Support Sales and other business teams by analysing requirements, coordinating changes and helping shape new solutions.
- Collaborate with Security teams and external vendors to ensure business and security requirements are aligned.
- Contribute to projects and change initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and supporting successful delivery.
- Analyse business requirements and understand how systems, processes and data flows are interconnected.
- Build a solid understanding of AXA Partners products, insurance terminology and internal processes to become a trusted partner for the business.
Koho hledáme
- Good command of English (B2+) and Czech.
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Solutions or a similar role.
- Curiosity and interest in how Business, IT and Security work together.
- Understanding of how applications and systems work, with awareness of basic IT security principles and risks.
- Previous experience of cooperation with Security teams welcomed.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to ask the right questions and simplify complex topics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, IT and Security stakeholders.
- Structured approach to work, ownership and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Interest in insurance or willingness to learn insurance terminology, business processes and security topic.
