Co budeš dělat
- Partners with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design.
- Supports organisational changes and reviews job descriptions.
- Drives talent management activities, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Partners with Learning & Development on training, career mobility, and development.
- Collaborates on compensation processes, including salary reviews, merit, and job evaluation.
- Manages employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, redundancies, internal transfers, onboarding, and exit interviews.
- Supports employee engagement initiatives and helps strengthen the Employee Value Proposition.
- Analyses HR metrics and provides insights to support business decisions.
- Supports recruitment activities and future hiring needs.
Koho hledáme
- Around 10 years of HR business partnering experience in an international environment.
- Experience in HR administration and at least one HR CoE area, such as C&B, Talent Management, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple EMEA countries, with hands-on labour law experience in at least one country.
- Experience with organisational design and change management.
- Good business acumen and understanding of how business priorities shape people strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and HR data.
- Fluent in English and ideally another EMEA language.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
