- Provide first-class technical support for partners and customers in your region
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Loxone products and solutions
- Test and validate solutions in collaboration with the technical team
- Support partners with training and guidance on Loxone systems
- Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement
