- A genuine interest not only in Talent Acquisition, but also in AI & Technology. We seek a colleague who is inquisitive about applying them ethically to solve complex recruiting challenges, and has the ability to identify opportunities for the synergy of humans & AI.
- A big plus - any prior experience in Recruiting, Employer Branding and/or Talent Sourcing, and familiarity with related tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Greenhouse).
- A big plus - any prior experience (personal projects DO count!) with building automations, agentic workflows, and/or data analysis in various platforms, be it online, locally on a laptop, or on a phone.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Creative thinker and problem-solver with attention to detail (as tracking data, having a clean pipeline and not ghosting candidates matters!) and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Any additional languages would be considered a plus, and you could put them into use as we hire in multiple EU countries - especially Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or French.

- Partner with senior Talent Sourcers and Recruiters to understand the job openings' requirements, and then research and identify top technical and non-technical talent across multiple online channels.
- Use a combination of tools like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Findem, GitHub, social networks, and others, as well as AI ethically - to build diverse, qualified candidate pools & pipelines and engage potential talent (expect outbound communication & headhunting).
- Write and test personalized outreach messages, leveraging A/B testing & AI to improve response rates.
- Learn to analyze recruiting data, funnel metrics, and understand sourcing KPIs (response rate, pass-through rate, etc.).
- Conduct market mapping, research on industry trends, and competitor analyses to uncover new talent pools and inspire creative, impactful Talent Acquisition & Branding initiatives.
- Support recruiting & sourcing operations by posting job adverts, tagging candidates, building prospect pools, and maintaining Applicant Tracking System hygiene.
- Participate in weekly team standups, 1:1 meetings, and regular team sessions to share insights, learn best practices, and iterate on sourcing strategies (incl. leveraging candidate & market feedback you’ve collected and turned into actionable insights).
- Consult, brainstorm, and ideate on social and digital content (e.g. blogs) to attract talent and enhance our Talent Brand.
- If interested - you could get involved in sourcing talent in the "physical world" by helping to organize in-person meetups and conferences, and building high-touch relationships there.
- You’ll gain exposure to structured candidate evaluation processes, experience working in a global SaaS company, and experience collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Brand, HR, Workplace, Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Marketing or IT teams.
