The Strategy Director is responsible for leading and driving strategic excellence for your clients. You will act as a senior advisor to both clients and internal teams, helping to define, articulate and implement strategies that unlock growth, elevate brand positioning and create meaningful connections with audiences.
You will nurture high-impact client relationships, provide ongoing thought leadership and ensure strategic consistency and innovation across all deliverables. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative insight and commercial acumen to solve complex challenges with clarity and vision.

- Develop and lead integrated communications and media strategies (across multiple accounts) that deliver against brand & commercial goals
- Identify, engage and nurture relationships with senior clients and key decision-makers to understand their pressures, objectives and ambitions
- Use market research, audience data and cultural trends to drive innovative media approaches and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, data analytics and creative, to ensure seamless integration
- Ensure consistency and alignment between strategy, execution and measurement
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts through matching OMG specialist services to a client's needs
- Lead, mentor and manage other junior strategists in the team, providing training and development opportunities and supporting their career development
- Take an active role in new business pitches – contributing to winning strategies
- Play an active role in agency and industry wide thought leadership – from authoring thought pieces, presenting at events to taking part in panels
- Stay updated on emerging media trends, new technologies and industry shifts to drive innovative thinking and competitive advantage
