- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to provide clear recommendations on talent, performance, and org structure
- Lead people initiatives that improve team performance and leadership capability
- Build High-Performance Teams and drive performance management and talent reviews
- Advise leaders on team design, scaling, and role clarity
- Diagnose organizational problems and propose practical solutions
- Support leaders through periods of rapid growth and change
- Partner with leaders to raise the hiring bar and ensure hiring decisions align with long-term team success
Koho hledáme
- 6–10 years experience in HRBP or People Partner roles in a SaaS company
- Experience and knowledge of French labour law (knowledge of other European locations a plus)
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM teams
- Strong experience in performance management, org design, and talent strategy
- Experience in high-growth or scaling companies
- Experience coaching and challenging senior leaders
- Ability to diagnose complex people and organizational issues
- Track record of solving people problems and improving team performance
- Comfortable working with demanding leaders and ambitious goals
