Qualifications Passion for AI and an AI-first mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day operations, customer impact, and business outcomes. Extensive experience designing, advising on, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions Proven track record leading architecture teams, setting technical direction, ensuring solution quality, and driving successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes. Proven ability to lead architecture design, governance, and complex solution delivery. Experience in pre-sales and/or sales roles, with a proven track record of driving customer outcomes and business growth. Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams of solution architects and technical specialists. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.OR equivalent experience.

Apply customer and partner insights to shape project definition, execution, and growth opportunities. Ensure architecture approaches meet Microsoft commitments and customer needs. Drive IP creation, asset reuse, and best practices across pre-sales and delivery. Build networks that increase influence, remove blockers, and bring in broader perspectives. Stay current on Microsoft technologies, strategy, and capabilities.
Architecture Design and Deployment Lead architecture design and deployment across complex customer engagements, ensuring alignment to business priorities, Microsoft commitments, and measurable value. Ensure teams can articulate the AI and agentic value proposition, ROI, cost implications, pricing assumptions, and operational impact of the solution to customers and stakeholders. Embed AI efficiencies into solution design, estimations, resourcing, pricing, and delivery planning to improve value, quality, and predictability. Guide teams in translating customer requirements, constraints, and regulatory considerations into clear, traceable architecture decisions.
Delivery Excellence Drives delivery quality and engagement health across the team, leading a rhythm of business (ROB) and a culture of excellence. Manages team-level financial performance, including utilization, engagement margin, and profitability, within budget and with sound risk management. Contributes to forecasting and business reviews (e.g., utilization, consumption, delivery health), providing accurate signals to the Consulting Practice Lead. Partners with sales on presales and deal shaping to ensure solution quality and deliverable commitments.

As an EMEA AI Business Solutions Architect Manager you will lead a team of high performing Consultants and Solution Architects, driving impact across both presales initiatives and active delivery engagements, integrating Workforce project archetypes from solutioning to delivery. Your focus will include aligning organizational priorities with clients’ AI transformation journeys, such as industry-specific Copilots and AI agents while also overseeing deal shaping, quality assurance in pursuits and delivery, and active executive stakeholder engagement in key engagements.
