Co budeš dělat
- You will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the entire service process.
- Receive vehicles into the workshop and agree the scope of work with customers.
- Plan workshop activities together with technicians and coordinate service jobs.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and recommend the best solutions.
- Work closely with the Parts Department and other service colleagues.
- Handle service administration, including invoicing.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
