- As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design for SolarWinds Network Infrastructure Observability (NIO).
- You’ll be an integral part of a global design community of 18 professionals.
- You will work in a close tandem with our experienced UX colleague based right here in Brno to ensure the best possible design outcomes.
- Directly influence a massive-scale platform and evolve our shared design system and component libraries.
- Own the design vision for core networking features, transforming complex data into intuitive solutions.
- Drive the UX vision from discovery to production-ready deliverables.
- As a key partner to Product and Engineering, you are the advocate for clarity in a world of complex networking data.
Koho hledáme
- 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS products or complex B2B applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing data-rich, workflow-driven product experiences.
- Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking.
- Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and large-scale workflows.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
- Preference: Experience designing for network monitoring, observability, or developer tools.
- Preference: Familiarity with incident management workflows and performance dashboards.
- Portfolio Requirement: Please share your portfolio with us. We are looking for case studies that tell a story: show us the problem, your creative interaction design, and the final outcome. Ideally, showcase a technical product.
