We’re looking for a Senior Regional Payroll Advisor to join our team in Prague, Czech.
Co budeš dělat
- Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while supporting year-end processes, audits, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Lead payroll projects and automation efforts to enhance the day-to-day operations and solve payroll complex issues with an innovative approach
- Generate and analyse payroll reports for internal stakeholders and management.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilise payroll platforms like Workday or SAP to process and manage payroll data efficiently.
- Acts as a buddy to newly hired members of the team and guide them throughout the first months.
Koho hledáme
- You have experience in Polish payroll in a global or multi-national environment.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- You have prior experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday or SAP is a must.
- You have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- You can communicate fluently in English and Polish.
- You have a proven track record of managing complex payroll functions and leading process improvements.
