- Execute and support employee lifecycle processes across the U.S. and Costa Rica workforce, ensuring operational accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance throughout the employee journey.
- Manage and advise on day-to-day lifecycle administration and coordination, including onboarding, internal mobility, compensation changes, leave transitions, offboarding, terminations, and employee documentation.
- Ensure lifecycle processes are completed accurately, timely, and with a strong employee service and advisory mindset.
- Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, Finance, and managers to coordinate smooth employee transitions and operational processes.
- Support onboarding experiences, employee communications, and regional operational initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvements that enhance consistency, documentation quality, and team efficiency.
- Maintain organized and accurate employee records, documentation, and system updates across platforms.
- Administer, advise on, and support benefits and leave programs across the U.S. and Costa Rica while ensuring alignment with local regulations, company policies, and operational requirements.
- Support country-specific health, retirement, insurance, statutory leave, and wellness programs through day-to-day administration, vendor coordination, employee support, and process improvements.
- Serve as a resource for employees navigating enrollments, life events, leave requests, and benefits-related questions.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support timely issue resolution and accurate administration.
- Provide clear employee communication and support regarding benefits and leave programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, documentation, and consistency across benefits-related processes.
- Support compliance with applicable employment and workforce regulations across assigned jurisdictions while maintaining operational integrity and documentation standards.
