Co budeš dělat
- Lead and develop the Finance & Regulatory Data team (analytics/data engineers and a data scientist) across Europe.
- Own the strategy, architecture and roadmap for Mews’ finance and regulatory data platform.
- Prioritise and deliver data projects that support Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Systems, FinTech and RevOps.
- Raise the bar on data quality, governance, lineage and auditability for all finance and regulatory data.
- Partner closely with finance and business leaders to translate needs into clear data solutions and narratives.
- Reduce manual, spreadsheet‑driven processes through automation, advanced analytics and ML‑powered insights.

- Hands‑on data leader with deep experience in large‑scale data infrastructure (Databricks is ideal; Snowflake or similar lakehouse platforms also great). You’re comfortable diving into architecture and code, even if you’re not shipping every pipeline yourself.
- Proven experience in finance‑heavy, regulated or complex environments (SaaS with a strong finance lens is a big plus).
- Strong instincts for control, auditability, lineage and “trust in numbers” – you understand that finance data is different and must be governed accordingly.
- A track record of leading small, senior teams through ambiguity and change, and coming out stronger on the other side.
- Confident partnering with CFO/Finance leadership and senior tech stakeholders as a true peer.
- Leadership style that combines high standards with empathy, clarity and trust – you’re direct, but you bring people with you.
