- Conduct anti-bribery and corruption due diligence and risk assessments on external partners.
- Review conflicts of interest and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Lead day-to-day program operations across the assigned European region.
- Act as the primary contact for process guidance and compliance-related queries.
- Monitor identified risks and ensure timely completion of mitigation actions.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, emerging risks, and actionable insights.
- Support policy improvements, process enhancements, automation initiatives, and annual compliance campaigns.
