Co budeš dělat

Data Governance & Quality Maintain and enforce data governance standards and naming conventions across Salesforce. Monitor data quality through dashboards, reports, and audits; identify and resolve data integrity issues. Manage duplicate remediation, including merging, cleansing, and standardization. Manage data bulk uploads on behalf of business teams.
Operational Stewardship Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related questions, issues, and escalations. Support Salesforce Admins by validating new fields, objects, and workflows for data consistency. Ensure that integrations and data imports follow governance rules and maintain system integrity. Document and maintain data dictionaries, process maps, and governance guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment. Work with the Salesforce team to support enhancements, releases, and system changes. Train end users on data best practices, proper usage of Salesforce fields, and data hygiene expectations.
Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor data quality and business KPIs. Analyze trends in data issues and recommend process improvements.

You'll act as the guardian of our data standards and governance policies, partnering with business teams, admins, and technical stakeholders to keep our CRM data clean, trustworthy, and ready to support the organization's data strategy.
