The Sales Planning Manager will be supporting the breakdown and orchestration of the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and driving the implementation of global strategic initiatives and projects. This role ensures accurate forecasting, sales planning cycles, market and customer analytics, and synthesizes insights for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role enforces governance guidelines and standardization across the Digital Industries organization in Zone Asia Pacific.

- GTM Strategy and Acceleration
· Support the breakdown and orchestration of GTM strategy within the Zone.
· Drive implementation of global strategic initiatives and sales projects.
- Planning and Forecasting
· Lead annual and quarterly planning activities and guide resource/capacity planning.
· Lead target cascading process into the LCBs and RCs
· Coordinate weekly forecasting across the Sales Organization in Asia Pacific
- Business Analytics & Insights
· Provide contextual insights on data to support decision-making.
· Prepare customer analytics and performance reports.
· Synthesize data insights from LCBs and track KPIs.
· Prepare review sessions (e.g. Pulse Check, QBRs).
- Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination
· Ensure consistent application of governance guidelines and standardization within the Zone.
· Drive adherence to planning calendars and reporting standards.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering
- MBA preferred
- 10–15 years in Strategy, Sales Planning or Sales Operations roles.
- 3–5 years managing planning and forecasting cycles.
- Experience in multi-country/zone complexity and stakeholder management.
- Forecasting & planning, analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce), planning platforms (Anaplan), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
