- Sales & Marketing support
- Coordinates in the implementation and distribution of promotional and customer support material by providing a database of all relevant reprints for distribution
- Manages Marketing collateral & inventory through monitoring and reporting working closely marketing
- Manages sample/demo inventory, tracks movement, and ensures compliance
- Creation of POs, RFPs, using eMARKETPLACE or other systems
- Creates and edits suppliers in systems like APEX; managing vendor relationships
- Support in organization of events, congresses, and trainings; supporting logistics and documentation to support trade Markets team and distributors
- Industry meetings, advisory boards & sales meetings
- Coordination and management of Industry events i.e., Symposiums and Congresses
- Communication with all parties involved and ensure all matters relating to the successful execution of events is carried out with regards to logistics, travel and HCC required documentation
- Identification of venues, management accommodation and itineraries and communication with CEE Marketing team and Field Force as appropriate supporting distributors
- Submits HCC requests, obtaining approvals and archives contracts
- Ownership of Records Information Management and ICD
- Compliance Management
- Complete annual HCC, Code of Conduct, Business Conduct training requirements

- Advanced/proficient English, spoken and written
- Very good analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
