- Planning, execution and evaluation of trade & brand marketing activities in the market aiming to drive sales as well as brand performance (consumer & financial KPIs).
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing plans, aligned with brand and sales objectives
- Develop and monitor trade promotions (including sales channels allocation) and in-store activation campaigns to ensure optimal brand presence
- Plans and manages ordering, development and production of all point-of-sale materials, communication, promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand representation across channels
- Plans & coordinates the participation of company events in PSR channel
- Support new product launches ensuring execution & launch excellence
- Manage and track budget in collaboration with PSR Head
- Manages PSR portfolio, incl. sales analysis, assortment optimization, price monitoring
- Handles marketing related ERP (Navision) Key User scope
- Measure and analyse the results of marketing plans and activities, aiming for efficiency and efficacy increase
- Works closely with agencies, suppliers, cross-functional teams (CRM, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and global content teams
- Tracks macro, consumer, category, retail landscape trends & competitors, incl. research projects deployment
- Supports on-boarding of new Associates
- Follows Company policies & procedures
O pozici
The associate on this position is responsible for planning & coordinating all marketing activities for PSR channel in Czech & Slovakia. It is responsible for translating brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, with the aim of supporting business growth, boosting recommendation and ensuring the perfect execution of the priorities.
The role is responsible for ensuring brand presence is maximized at the point of sale through tailored trade activities and promotional plans.
The goal is to accelerate health outcomes by ensuring the availability and visibility of our portfolio in our PSR customers, partners and at key events, in full respect of Royal Canin philosophy & communication codes, as well as The Five Principles.
