We’re looking for a Retail Client Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to key Retail Clients, building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs. It’s an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our client, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.
Joining our client success team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You’ll work within a fast-paced client leadership team, collaborating with solutions managers and commercial managers all keen to learn and grow together.

- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive growth.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with retail market stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, becoming a valued strategic partner.
- Consultative mindset, supporting clients through change management and customer-first transformation initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and experience guiding teams.
- Strong workplan and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results effectively.
- Proficiency in Hungarian would be advantageous and considered a strong asset.
