The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their work. While the core responsibilities below represent typical work, the nature of quality and continuous improvement is dynamic — you will be expected to step in on ad-hoc topics that fall outside the standard scope, whether technical, project-related, or cross-functional. Co budeš dělat
- Support a key Quality application for Energy Industries built on the Power Platform, which consolidates and standardizes multiple applications into one tool.
- Communicate with business leaders and developers to gather requirements, report bugs, and conduct testing using Azure DevOps.
- Administer various Quality tools once in production, assist users with issues and queries, and provide guidance. Super User role.
- Proactively monitor processes and systems to identify deviations and potential issues.
- Perform data quality checks.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of quality applications.
- Collect, analyze, and report data; create ad-hoc reports.
- Manage internal documentation and document management systems.
- Engage with business leaders to bridge the gap between technical environments and business processes by gathering requirements, assessing processes, and outlining solutions to support decisions for changes and improvements.

- Secondary / University education
- Speak English at the level of everyday communication (B2 and above)
- Self-motivated with systematic and pro-active approach
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-task
- Experience with MS SharePoint preferred
- Experience with DevOps for requirements management, bug reporting, and testing preferred
- Good level of experience with Excel (active usage of functions such as vlookup) and other MS Office tools
- Experience with reporting tools, PowerBI is an advantage
- Experience in process improvement is an advantage
