- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or certification as a State-Certified Technician
- You have initial professional experience, including working with corporate IT systems
- Strong customer orientation, organizational skills, and negotiation capabilities with a confident and assertive approach
- You demonstrate a high level of motivation, flexibility, and self-drive, enabling effective handling of complex processes under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Intercultural awareness and adaptability in diverse, international environments
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work remotely while collaborating closely with colleagues in Pullach, with willingness to travel as required

- In this role you independently manage and process spare parts inquiries, considering technical and commercial requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- You support sales activities by identifying business opportunities and contributing to new business development
- Furthermore, you coordinate with global spare parts teams to ensure efficient execution of customer and supplier requirements
- Identify, specify, and source spare parts, including obsolete components, for plant equipment (e.g., compressors, turbines, valves, instrumentation, and electrical systems)
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier quotations
- You prepare cost calculations and customer quotations and process orders from customers
- You initiate and manage supplier orders, and oversee the complete order processing cycle
- You collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, project management teams, and internal specialist departments
- Maintaining accurate and consistent spare parts data across internal and external database systems is an important task
- You prepare spare parts documentation, inspect the spares and coordinate final handover to our customers
- Expediting inquiries and orders, resolving issues or providing troubleshooting support as needed
- You coordinate shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and manage spare parts handover and order close-out processes
- In this role, you will also support Initial Spare Parts Outfit projects, being responsible for selecting, specifying and procuring spare parts for newly built plants and their components

Linde PLANTSERV® Spare Parts After Sales supports our customers in daily plant operation as well as in planned and unplanned maintenance. The Spare Parts After Sales team covers all types of Linde Engineering built plants, such as Air Separation, Hydrogen & Synthesis Gas, Sustainable Hydrocarbon Solutions as well as CO2 and Furnace solutions. These plants can be in operation only few years or for decades which makes spare parts requests challenging.
The specific tasks for »Spare Parts After Sales« start with processing of spare parts inquiries for all kind of plant components, and end with the successful spare parts handover to our customers.
