- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain roles, ideally with exposure to performance management
- Proven track record in Procurement excellence or related areas
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with Procurement analytics tools and BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid financial acumen, including understanding of P&L and savings validation processes
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders across functions, including senior leadership
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Full professional proficiency in English

- Define and govern Procurement KPIs and performance targets aligned with company objectives
- Establish and manage Procurement performance dashboards (e.g., savings, compliance, supplier performance, cycle times)
- Drive transparency and accountability of Procurement performance through KPI governance, savings tracking, and data-driven insights
- Track and validate Procurement savings and value realization across categories and business units
- Lead regular Procurement performance reviews with category managers, business partners, and leadership
- Ensure transparency of Procurement impact on P&L and cost base by analyzing data and communicating insights to stakeholders
- Act as a key interface between Procurement, Finance, and Business teams to monitor and challenge performance delivery
- Collaborate with the Head of CoE to implement and manage the end-to-end performance management process
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, supporting teams in implementing corrective actions
- Establish processes for continuous evaluation and improvement of Procurement practices
- Provide fact-based analysis and challenge assumptions to ensure robust, validated, and finance-aligned savings delivery

Position Purpose We are looking for a Procurement Performance Manager to play a key role in driving procurement transformation and performance across the organization. In this position, you will act as the interface between Procurement, Finance, and Business teams, ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable value and are fully aligned with company objectives. You will bring transparency to procurement performance, enable data-driven decision-making, and help the organization achieve stronger financial outcomes. This is a highly analytical yet business-facing role, requiring both strong data capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
