Co budeš dělat
- Coordinate customer and supplier visits as well as internal events (agenda, travel, catering, social activities)
- Support business travel planning for the team (transport, accommodation, insurance, etc.)
- Manage company car administration
- Ensure office supplies and daily operations; oversee office assets and shared spaces (offices, kitchens, print room)
- Monitor cleaning standards and coordinate external cleaning services
- Handle correspondence, small shipments, and communication with authorities and the municipality of Mikulov
- Support for plant visitors and for new employees
- Administer building access system and backup keys
- Support HR-related processes
Koho hledáme
- Secondary education (high school diploma)
- Previous experience in a similar role; strong administrative and service-oriented mindset
- Professional level of English (B2–C1); German is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
