Koho hledáme
- Proven experience in HR Administration, People Operations, Payroll Administration, or a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR systems
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
- Fluent English, additional European language(s) would be beneficial
- Experience supporting multiple countries or international teams
- Experience with HRIS platforms and employee self-service systems
- Experience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate complex issues
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including offer letters, contracts, background checks, HR system updates, and new starter documentation
- Coordinate probation review processes and employee lifecycle milestones
- Prepare employment-related documentation including contract amendments, salary change letters, confirmation letters, family leave documentation, and other HR correspondence
- Process employee departures and support offboarding activities in partnership with managers, payroll, and IT teams
- Ensure all employee transactions are completed accurately, on time, and supported by appropriate documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and personnel files
- Perform regular audits of employee data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain employee records in accordance with GDPR and data protection requirements
- Ensure all documentation meets audit, legal, and compliance standards
- Support background screening, right-to-work verification, and other compliance-related activities
- Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports and metrics
- Assist with employee and manager enquiries, ensuring a professional, accurate, and timely response
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR process documentation, guidance materials, and standard operating procedures
- Review HR documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before issue
- Perform quality checks on employee data, system transactions, and HR records
