Co budeš dělat
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PXO processes across EMEA
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional standards, policies, and guidelines
- Act as a key liaison with PSS and foster strong cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders including People Advisors, Legal, Occupational Safety, and other functions
- Manage and resolve complex or non-standard employee queries within the People Operations scope
- Support region-specific initiatives such as quality management (QM), occupational safety, and SOX compliance activities
- Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and reports beyond standard operational topics
- Contribute to and lead PXO-related projects, including the rollout of new processes and improvements at the EMEA level
- Analyze HR and operational data to generate insights and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience
- Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes in partnership with PSS
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to corporate culture programs
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in PXO, HR, or People Operations, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused organization
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office tools
- High level of intercultural awareness, empathy, and adaptability
