Co budeš dělat
- You're the friendly voice behind the chat, email and phone, the reason a customer's problem gets solved instead of escalated.
- You handle the tricky stuff: complex questions, sensitive cases, and the ones where AI just doesn't cut it.
- You review AI-handled conversations and flag when quality slips.
- You'll jump into social and reply to customers on Trustpilot, Messenger, Facebook and Instagram.
- You'll handle back-office tasks and deadlines like a pro across different systems.
- You'll be our client's eyes and ears: if something's broken or a process is weird, speak up.
