- Create Memorable Guest Experiences
- Welcome, check in, and check out guests with warmth, professionalism, and personality
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns efficiently while delivering exceptional service
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation options
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments that reflect the W brand experience
- Own the Night Shift Operations
- Manage front desk operations independently during overnight hours
- Perform daily financial and accounting procedures, including night audit processes
- Ensure all guest accounts, charges, and transactions are accurate and properly recorded
- Prepare reports and documentation for management and operational teams
- Monitor arrivals, departures, room availability, and special guest requests
- Support Hotel Excellence
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and reservations according to brand standards
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment
- Ensure compliance with Marriott and W brand procedures and standards
Koho hledáme
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Hospitality, or Customer Service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently during overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable using hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
