ČSOB is part of KBC Group which is an integrated bank-insurance group catering mainly for retail, private banking, SME and mid-cap clients. Geographically, KBC focuses on core markets of Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. The Risk Modelling team provides risk modelling services for KBC Group.
Our work goes beyond modelling—we ensure that our analytics platforms are robust, scalable, and governed, enabling reliable risk measurement and decision-making.
Co budeš dělat
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of analytics platforms
- Contribute to stability, usability, and standardization of technical environments
- Maintain user access rights in line with governance controls
- Produce and maintain clear, structured, audit-ready documentation for workflows, data structures, and modelling environments
- Support application of governance frameworks, standards, and controls
- Assist in monitoring adherence to processes and identifying gaps
- Contribute to reproducibility, traceability, and consistency of modelling activities and artefacts
- Support tracking of changes and versioning of key artefacts
- Support development of automation tools for governance and operations
- Help leverage modern (including AI-supported) tools to improve efficiency
Koho hledáme
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar
- Strong ability to structure and document technical processes
- Interest in analytics platforms and structured technical environments
- Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable mindset
- Strong communication skills in English
