- University degree or Ph.D. in engineering
- 5+ years of Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) design and testing experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge regarding to the principles of MEMS and micro-fabrication
- Demonstrated knowledge regarding electrical engineering, mechanics of materials, and solid-state device physics
- Demonstrated skills regarding Design of Experiments (DOE) and similar statistical methods for MEMS characterization or testing results
- English advanced level, Czech/ Slovak – communicative level
- Able to take initiative and work in a matrixed team environment
- Very good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Highly organized and able to resolve complex data into concrete actions
Co budeš dělat
- Participate in design activities including layout, DFMEA, DFM, & executing risk mitigation plans.
- Update and develop core sensing element engineering specifications.
- Conduct sensing element experiments and write engineering reports.
- Support existing production MEMs suppliers by leading problem-solving activity and driving the implementation of continuous improvement ideas.
- Support R&D projects through MEMs device characterization, coordination of prototype builds, product evaluation testing, and data analysis.
- Participate in cross functional sensor application development teams.
