- Education : High school diploma or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience : At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with SAP is required, and Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Languages : Spanish (C1 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Personal Competencies : Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, excellent organizational and coordination skills, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities, willingness to travel occasionally to Spain

- Take ownership of supplier management for non-production materials at our Zaragoza plant, including supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services from both internal and external suppliers.
- Manage e-Procurement processes, maintain e-catalogs, and promote the effective use of procurement tools across the organization.
- Monitor and reduce maverick buying by ensuring all purchases follow established procurement processes and approval requirements.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and support ongoing Ratio C projects to achieve procurement targets.
- Collaborate closely with Shared Service Centre teams, spot buyers, and category managers to ensure efficient procurement operations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant management, and communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
