THE OPPORTUNITY
As Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with franchise clients to deliver data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations that drive profitability. Using RMS methodologies, you’ll analyze what drives consumer purchase decisions at the store, category, and item level, and present insights to franchisees and their management teams.
This is a fully remote position based in Prague.

- Manage franchise accounts and establish strong relationships with key corporate client contacts
- Work with your team to create reports, presentations, and analyses
- Present insights and recommendations to key corporate client contacts and franchisees
- Regularly meet with franchisees to ensure they grasp and adhere to proposed revenue management strategies
Koho hledáme
- 3 + years’ experience in the hospitality or retail industry
- Native or Full professional proficiency in English, Czech, and French
- Experience in account management, franchise relations, business development, operations, or training
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed
