- In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses.
- Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures.
- You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.
- You will be mainly accountable for: PR to PO (Direct & Indirect in SAP)
- Monitor and follow-up on open orders, including GR (Goods Receipt) booking reminders
- Track the procurement processes and activities and create and update reports, as required, following the ABB standards.
- Ensure effective and transparent communication internally, externally, and between different units and centers.
- Execute changes related to purchasing and logistics within your own area of responsibility.
- Resolve issues related to procurement cost, quality, and delivery in your assigned area.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment
- Maintain and update material master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supplier registration and qualification
- Escalation management (1st level support)
- SAP Maintenance
Koho hledáme
- Proficient in business English (B2/C1).
- German (B2/C1) would be an asset
- Experience in operational procurement/SCM area.
- Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
- Customer focus with proactive attitude
- Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP Ariba would be an asset
- Advanced Excel skills would be an asset
