Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to grow with us.
Co budeš dělat
- You will own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
- You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions.
- You will monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts, contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes, and support strategic initiatives and market development activities across the Czech Republic.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end.
- Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
