Co budeš dělat
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware and software to end-users across the CEE region, ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Collaborate closely with business departments, central teams, and external vendors to meet their technological needs.
- Act as the IT Owner for key company systems, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with IT strategy and budget.
- Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Lead or participate in technical projects, serving as an analyst or solutions architect.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, incident management, and best practices to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Manage local hardware assets, assist colleagues' growth, and mentor team members.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies.
- Handle asset registration, hardware/software ordering, and track user feedback to improve service.
Koho hledáme
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role with increasing responsibilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially within the Office 365 environment (preferred).
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- proficiency in Czech is required, excellent communication skills in English (B2 level); German is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on speed, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Educational background in IT (secondary/University level preferred).
