Milacron Europe is looking for an IT Support Coordinator Europe to join our team in Czech Republic. In this position, you will be responsible for providing first-level IT support across multiple European locations, including troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining network and hardware infrastructure, and collaborating with our global IT team to ensure smooth IT operations.
Co budeš dělat
- Provide first-level support for IT issues at four European sites (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Spain), including troubleshooting hardware, network, and connectivity problems.
- Set up and configure new workstations, network equipment, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including wireless access points, firewalls, and switches.
- Create and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and support processes across all locations.
- Collaborate regularly with the IT team in Ohio, USA, and coordinate with local site teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Koho hledáme
- Secondary school or university degree focusing on economics or related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, preferably in an industrial or international environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken Czech and English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills in network infrastructure, hardware support, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
