- Experience working within an automotive and/or logistics environment.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in order process control.
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel.
- Working knowledge of AOS and SAP systems as advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations managers, staff, hourly employees, and customers.
- English communication as an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift expected in September 2027)
Co budeš dělat
- Perform routine and non-routine inventory inquiries, including collection, verification, and reporting of material levels and customer demand.
- Complete scheduled and random cycle counts in line with JLR parts schedules and Standard Work/Quality processes.
- Reconcile cycle count results against AOS and SAP systems, escalating discrepancies as required.
- Manage and control all documentation related to cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Investigate pack line and shipping lane discrepancies, reconciling issues with supplier and inbound paperwork to identify root causes.
- Respond to customer inquiries while anticipating and supporting upcoming customer needs.
- Produce internal KPI reports for cycle counts, including Pareto analysis, to support continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re hiring an Inventory Cycle Counter to help ensure accurate stock levels across our warehouse. This role focuses on regularly counting selected products and reconciling any discrepancies within the inventory management system.
