- Experience in strategic procurement – ideally 3–5 years, preferably in a large or multinational company.
- Understanding of industrial manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Business-level English – ability to communicate and negotiate confidently.
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Resilience and flexibility – dynamic environment requires ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba) is a must.
- Education in economics, business, logistics, or technical field is an advantage, but not mandatory – experience matters most.
