About The Opportunity
The Teads Supply team is poised to rapidly innovate and use automation to empower customers like no other time in its history. As we scale our platform, we are looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager dedicated to driving new business within the Mobile In-App Supply Ecosystem .
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team that will shape our In-App footprint. You will be the internal expert and external face of Teads for mobile app developers, building momentum and expertise in supply acquisition. Your focus will be on unlocking new premium inventory that enables advertisers to reach audiences through high-performance In-App formats.
Co budeš dělat
- Own Supply Growth: Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with premium mobile app publishers to expand our In-App supply and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Hunting: Proactively identify and engage app publishers, using a data-driven approach to uncover new market opportunities for monetization.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and manage a strong pipeline of app partners, forecasting deal timelines and revenue contribution.
- Pitch & Negotiate: Deliver compelling value propositions to app publishers, demonstrating how Teads' unique demand and creative automation drive superior yield.
- Technical Discovery: Understand publishers' monetization stacks and propose optimal integration strategies.
- Onboarding & Growth: Manage the end-to-end integration process for new app partners, ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Management team for long-term scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback on In-App formats and integration requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive monetization solutions and help position Teads as a leading In-App monetization partner.
- Build Market Momentum: Act as the subject matter expert on the In-App ecosystem, staying ahead of trends in SDK integrations, header bidding, and app monetization.
Koho hledáme
- 3-4 years of Sales or Business Development experience in the mobile app ecosystem, with direct relationships with app owners / publishers, hands-on experience leading app monetization discussions, and the ability to represent the company at mobile industry conferences and events.
- Established network of contacts within top-tier mobile gaming or utility app developers.
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and new business targets and building a pipeline from scratch.
- Influencing Skills: A compelling communicator with the "backbone" to propose alternative solutions and challenge the status quo.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss API/SDK integrations and programmatic auctions (OpenRTB) confidently with technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly as the In-App product evolves.
- Excellent English: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
