Co budeš dělat
- Partner with HRSS, TM, L&D, and TR to ensure seamless HR service delivery and alignment with business needs
- Lead and support regional HR projects focused on: Organizational efficiency and productivity improvements; Span of control and layers deep analysis; Workforce structure optimization
- Provide HR advisory and project support for Czech Republic and Slovakia, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder engagement
- Act as a backup for the Regional HR Director, supporting HR operations and strategic initiatives in other countries within CEE
- Support local business projects and initiatives, ensuring HR alignment and impact
- Coach and guide managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and people management skills
- Promote and contribute to the improvement of corporate culture across the region
- Encourage and facilitate a matrix way of working, fostering collaboration across functions and geographies
- Act as a contributor to increasing management maturity in the use of Cencora HR applications and tools
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR priorities and translate them into actionable plans
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement and regional alignment
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across supported countries

- Experience in coaching and supporting managers in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization
- Native proficiency in Czech
- Fluency in English; additional CEE languages are a plus
- Proven experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role, ideally in a regional or multi-country context
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with experience working alongside HRSS, TM, L&D, and TR teams
